By purchasing services from Rugby League Stats Pro (RLSP), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery Time

The typical turnaround time for Deliverables is less than 48 hours. RLSP aims to provide all reports by Tuesday morning at the latest.
If you require priority processing or live updates for specific games, please notify RLSP in advance to allow for scheduling adjustments.
RLSP is a hobby project, and while every effort is made to meet deadlines, personal commitments may occasionally cause delays. Any such delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
In cases where RLSP has pre-existing commitments (e.g., volunteering with the QLD Wheelchair team during State of Origin weekends), clients will be notified in advance of any potential delays.

Deliverables and Data Ownership

Clients purchasing RLSP services will receive reports, spreadsheets, and other associated outputs (the "Deliverables").
Spreadsheets will include formulas but will not contain external references.
RLSP retains ownership of all recording tools and the recorded data used to generate the Deliverables.

Payment, Refunds, and Game Cancellations

Payment for services is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will not be provided once work has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at RLSP’s discretion.
If a scheduled game is cancelled and not rescheduled, clients may nominate another game in the same competition for analysis, typically an upcoming opponent.
RLSP is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, technical failures, or other external factors beyond its control.

Confidentiality and Data Sharing

RLSP will publish a Match Summary graphic for each game on the RLSP Facebook page.
All other data and insights contained in the Deliverables will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties by RLSP.
RLSP reserves the right to publish any and all Deliverables produced in a volunteer (unpaid) capacity but will seek approval before doing so.
Clients may share the Deliverables as they see fit. However, the RLSP logo must not be removed or replaced without prior permission.
RLSP content is protected by copyright laws, and Deliverables may not be used for commercial purposes by third parties without explicit permission.

Communications & Feedback

Email is preferred for formal correspondence.
Phone calls are encouraged for time-sensitive issues to ensure quick resolution.
RLSP welcomes feedback and will correct any mistakes or errors found in the Deliverables.

Liability Disclaimer

While RLSP strives for accuracy, no guarantees are made regarding the completeness or correctness of the data.
RLSP is not responsible for any decisions made based on the Deliverables provided.
RLSP provides statistical analysis and reporting only.
Services do not include coaching advice, strategy recommendations, or other interpretations beyond raw data presentation.

Privacy Policy

RLSP collects only the necessary information provided during the purchase process (e.g., contact details and match link).
This information is used solely to locate and analyse the game, deliver the requested services, and communicate with the client if issues arise.
RLSP does not share or sell client information to third parties.

Termination of Services

RLSP reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for any client at its discretion.
In such cases, any applicable refunds will be provided based on the work completed.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms. RLSP reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
